Reservation for groups of 15 persons or more

The entrance ticket entitles visitors to join a guided tour held in German or English offered by the Schloss- und Gartenverwaltung Würzburg.

For organisational reasons, we ask tour groups of 15 persons or more to register by e-mail six working days in advance. Please download the reservation form and send it to the following address:

SGVWuerzburg@bsv.bayern.de

Registrations of smaller groups are not necessary. Please note that visitors will be guided in the order of their arrival and that waiting times may occur despite registration.

You can also book guided tours in other foreign languages with Congress Tourismus Würzburg. To do so, please send an e-mail to:

It is not possible to have the public tour translated into another language.
